1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services (the "Services") provided by AI Systems Dynamics LTD ("AI Systems", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Services

AI Systems is a multi-entity technology group operating through legal entities including AI Systems Dynamics LTD (United Kingdom) and AI Digital Systems Pvt Ltd (Pakistan). The Services include — but are not limited to — the websites operated under the aisystems.pk, travnetic.com, aicampus.pk and aihosters.com domains, the platforms and applications running on those domains, and the consulting and engineering services we provide on engagement.

3. Eligibility & account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organisation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or material that is illegal, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, our infrastructure, or the data of other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Fees, billing & refunds

Pricing for paid Services is shown at the point of purchase or in the engagement contract you sign with us. Recurring fees renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms stated at signup. Refund policies are specific to each Service and engagement — please refer to your service agreement or contact us.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all underlying technology, text, designs, graphics and trademarks, are owned by AI Systems or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us the licences necessary to operate the Services on your behalf. Our handling of Customer Data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (payment processors, hosting providers, communication networks, analytics providers and others). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms; we are not responsible for third-party services beyond reasonable integration.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Systems and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
