KP Police

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan

A long-running client across numerous projects. The flagship: the provincial driving licence management platform — a system that issues, renews and verifies driving licences across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Built as an ASP.NET Web Forms application in 2017 with SQL Server backing it. Still running, still in production after nine years, and has served millions of applicants. Currently being modernised with AI-assisted verification and a refreshed customer-facing experience.

B2C / B2B travel platform · Pakistan

A travel-tech platform offering flights, hotels, Umrah packages, tours and visa consultancy — operated as a digital travel agency for the Pakistani market.

We've been embedded with the mosafir team for over four years, contributing to architecture, product, engineering and operations. Many of the lessons that shaped Travnetic came from here.

Digital systems for one of Pakistan's largest public zoos — covering visitor ticketing, animal records, operations, and reporting.

A reminder that good software can serve millions of citizens at a public institution, and the same engineering bar applies whether the client is a government department or a Series-B startup.

Ticketing and cargo management system implemented in 2013. Ran for seven years in production until the client upgraded through another vendor.

School management system shipped in 2013. Still in production more than a decade later — and being rebranded under AI Campus, where the same platform DNA powers the modern AI-native version.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faculty of Paramedical Sciences

Called us in after a system crash from their previous vendor. We recovered the data, migrated to a new platform we built from scratch, and got them back to issuing diplomas. OMR-as-a-service plus full software development.

We co-hosted the province's first-ever IT Exhibition and Job Fair, alongside Gravity IT Solutions and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IT Board. A reminder that we've been investing in the local tech ecosystem since long before it was fashionable.
