What working here is like
We are a small team, intentionally. Decisions get made quickly because the person making them is usually the same one writing the code or talking to the customer.
Most of our team works from Peshawar, with collaboration across the UK and other timezones. We are pragmatic about remote work — what matters is what gets shipped, not where.
We hire people who like to finish things. Half-built features are no fun for anyone. We'd rather ship a smaller thing properly than a bigger thing that leaks.
We work on real systems used by real people. The driving licence you carry, the school records of children across Pakistan, the travel agencies that book your Umrah — these aren't case studies, they are the day job.
What we look for
You take pride in code that works, reads well, and survives contact with production.
You stay with a problem until it's solved. You don't hand it off when it gets hard.
You can explain what you built — to engineers, to designers, to customers, and to your grandmother.
You read other people's code, try other people's tools, and aren't loyal to a stack you learned in 2015.
